Our Clergy
Hieromonk Fr. Ioann (Wendler)
Hieromonk Fr. Ioann (Wendler) came to our mission from Holy Dormition Monastery of Sviyazhsk, the monastery for men found in 1555 on the island of Sviyazhsk, located at the confluence of the Volga and Sviyaga Rivers upstream from the city of Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. Currently, upon blessing of His Grace Bishop Irénée Fr. Ioann temporarily serves as a rector of our mission.

Igumen Nestor (Mikhailetchko)
Rector of The St. Seraphim of Sarov Mission www.zspss.ru which opened its doors in March 2000.
With a large and rapidly growing community of people from Russia and Eastern Europe settling in the north of Toronto, there was a great need for a local, Orthodox presence.
In our mission Father Nestor serve Holy Liturgies on some feasts.
Father Eugeniusz Zdrojewski
Graduate of Prawoslawne Seminarium Duchowne in Warshaw, as parish priest at Holy Orthodox Transfiguration Mission, Father Eugeniusz Zdrojewski provides spiritual care to members of our parish. He is passionate about building a strong Orthodox Christian community in Huntsville. Our faith and success depends on people, both clergy and parishioners. Father Eugeniusz Zdrojewski - is our true spiritual leader.
